Rental Process
- Complete the necessary paperwork
- Signed Rental Application (submitted by all occupants over 18 years of age)
- Employment/Income verification with at least 3 recent pay stubs (if applicable)
- Bank statement for checking account
- Copy of Valid Identification for each tentant
- Personal check payable to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate for 1/2 month's rent as a good faith gesture towards landlord.
- Executed Rental (Tenant) Brokerage Fee Disclosure signed by Propsective Tenant(s) and Co-Broke Agent.
- Search for the right property using multiple methods
- Work with landlord to secure the property for you.
